After a great day of fishing or cruising, relax at one of the many excellent restaurants in lovely downtown Fernandina Beach! Fernandina Beach is 1800's seaside village, and many of the historical homes have been restored and are homes, eating establishments, shops, and more! Located on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach is situated approximately 35 miles north of Jacksonville, in northeast Florida. Everything you could wish for is close at hand in this quaint location. On the Atlantic side of the island you find white sandy beaches on which you can find many different varieties of shells and even sharks' teeth! This is truly one of the most beautiful locations in Florida, and some of the friendliest people anywhere.

The vessel Toads About is a not only a beauty to see..she is a proven
bluewater racer / cruiser with a long list of trophies to her credit. These include the Marsh
Harbor Cup Race, the Great Guana Cay Race, and several Shrimp Festival
Regattas.
Toads About is a 32' Hermanson steel sloop designed by Charles Wittholz and built by the Hermanson Boatbuilders in 1989. She has a lush mahogany intererior with all the comforts you desire, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and full electronics. Capt. Dave owns and crews Toads About with his son, Isaac Brown.
Offshore Fishing

All standard fishing charters include fishing license, bait, tackle, rods/reels and instruction if necessary. It is customary to tip the mate 15 - 20% of the price of the charter, on charters where a mate is provided.
